I need a life coach

So I've totally decided I need a life coach.  A seriously good one.  I need someone to help me set a routine that works for me.  I want to be a better mom, get up earlier and faster in the morning, design a meal plan that healthier for my family, get myself motivated to do the things I need to do, budget, pay off my debt ..... and so much more.  I think that's a great idea for a reality series actually.  Maybe I'll video tape my life and see if anyone feels bad enough to come ans save it LOL.

On a serious note, my thoughts and prayers go out to all of the people affected by the shooting at the Empire State Building today.  What a horrible tragedy.  Go home and hug your loved ones you can and call the ones you can't with an I love you.  Life is too short not to.

Sorry Guys

I've been totally ignoring this blog. I think because I find myself jumping head first into these ideas I think are so fantastic just to find myself discouraged when they're not doing what I thought they would. I mean honestly, did I really think people were going to donate a whole bunch of money to this? No. Well when I started it I did, guess it was a manic day lmao. I have 3 different blogs going on right now including this one. I'm grabbed onto the things I think I know the most about. One being dogs & training since I've been doing that for over 10 years and the other just my life in general with 2 kids. Why I think my life as a mom is going to catch anyones attention I have no clue. I mean sure some pretty hilarious stuff occurs in my everyday life but enough to grab the attention of millions of people? Probably not. I guess I'm just having a pessimistic day. I just found myself searching for a kid I used to watch on youtube named Chris Crocker. He made some crazy videos the first of which I saw about 5 years ago, "Leave Brittney Alone". Now this kid was controversial, hilarious, obnoxious and wonderful all rolled into one. He was just putting crazy videos up and people were watching them. Today I pulled him up since he popped into my head for some reason and he has a freakin HBO DOCUMENTARY!! LOL I could not believe it. Its so amazing what the internet can do for people, I just haven't figured out how to make it work just yet.....
So forgive me if you're a return visitor looking for something new and its not here.... I'm really losing steam here & close to giving up =[ bleh

I've been slacking =]

Sorry guys, I've been slacking!  I went on vacation for a few days to upstate NY, no cell service, no internet, no tv..... it was absolutely wonderful.  I love being up there, and usually go once every August with my kids, other half, little sister, step mom and of course my dad since he's the reason I get to go =]  Thanks Daddy.  Even at 27 he still takes me on vacation =]  It's nice to know I can survive quite happily without technology =]  In my opinion everyone should give it a shot.  It gives you a chance to really relax and focus on the little things in life. 

So back to this blog.  My ideas for it have changed quite a bit since I first started.  I think that I am going to focus more on views, like I said a post or two ago instead of the dollar donations aspect of it.  Though the total is $96, I really don't know how I can expect people to keep giving dollars.  For every person who has donated $1 there are 2 people who send hate mail asking why they should give me $1 for my debt when I should be making my own money.  (I guess they missed they first post where I shared that I do work.... TWO jobs).   I am going to take the $96 and donate it to a local rescue organization that provided me with 3 months worth of dog food a few weeks ago.  I called looking for one bag to get be through the next month or so hoping to get ahead a little bit and they ended up giving much more.  They shared their cause with me and what they do is amazing so I think they are a good candidate.  If anymore money comes in I plan to donate it in $50 increments to different charity organizations.  I figure if I can get some decent traffic to this blog maybe I can get a little money from adsense for myself and just donate any other $ that comes in.  Like the idea?


Now I just need to figure out what kind of content will bring people in, keep them coming and get them sharing....... ideas, thoughts, suggestions??

Each time I check the stats page views have skyrocketed! I think today the goal is going to be increasing page views more than anything else. I want this experiment to eventually go viral so views are the most important thing right now. So today instead of dollars all I'm asking is that you share, share, share this blog! I'm going to be posting pretty regularly and I'm looking around for trending topics to keep the interest factor up :) Also working on a contest fundraiser. I have a company willing to donate one of the following: Ipod Touch PS3 or Wii What do you guys think? Which one would you absolutely LOVE to have and what kind of contest ideas can we come up with???

For the most part I'm a very positive person. Tonight just knocked me down a few notches. First my one and only credit card was declined when I went food shopping. Totally caught me off guard I'm usually very careful with my money. Somehow I forgot the car insurance payment was scheduled for yesterday. Not the end of the world but embarrassing and heartbreaking when the kids want their stuff. So we ended up with the essentials for today, milk, bread,eggs,peanut butter and a box of snacks. Next bomb: I come home to find the little red button that pops up to let me know there wont be anymore hot water went ahead and popped. :( ugh. So I got to dig out my 6 gallon diesel can, load everybody back into the car and run into town for my diesel. The looks I get when I'm dumping it into my tank are less than friendly. Cmon people sorry I don't have it as great as you do. Aggravating. What a bum night. You guys here brought a smile to my face with our new total :$14. :) as long as the little things can still make me smile things cant be all that bad.
